What types of metal buildings do you sell?
We offer a large variety of metal and steel buildings. Garages and carports are our highest sellers, but we also do sheds, horse stalls, wide spans, commercial buildings, and any other prefabricated structure we can have manufactured.

How do I start the process?
If this is your first time ordering a steel building or metal structure, our team will walk you through the entire process from start to finish and answer questions. That will include help with permitting, site prep, financing, and anything else we can do to assist.
What is included in your pricing?
All of our pricing will include the installation teams drive to your site, minor site work such as leveling grading, the installation of the metal building or steel structure, the cleanup of the site, and the return trip back to the manufacturing plant.
What do I need to do before my building arrives?
Before your metal structure or steel building arrives, you should ensure you have a clean and level installation site. If the building is going on concrete, the concrete slab should be free of any major cracks. We prefer the concrete slab to be at least 4-inches thick and at least 1.5-inches all the way around your structure.
If the building is going on ground or gravel, there should be no large holes.
We recommend speaking with your city or township’s Building Department to find out if you will need a building permit for your structure. Most of our customers will require a permit.
